I thought it was that troll again ripping off Yacov's handle. Look at the locked thread. The film title is almost identical.

Edit. Look at the account, it's not Yacov, it's a fake account. He left the A out of Rachamim. He only has two posts, he's trying to pose as Yacov.

If a ban does ban his IP address then he's either using another computer or switched his IP address so he could troll multiple times.
