Title: White Jewish Gangbanger Bullet Paralyzes Young Black Brooklyn Girl

Oh, wait a minute, sorry: the gangbanger who shot the girl was a 17 year old black, who laughed when he learned the bullet from his gun hit and paralyzed a young girl.  I guess I was just anticipating the Law & Order episode.  Are you listening Dick Wolf (who is both a dick and a wolf)?
