the 'activist' is merely 'choosing' to exercise his right to abort the woman (with a knife)....  we should all respect and protect the activists decision, and no one has the right to interfere with the decision.

I agree. He's merely aborting the post-natal pregnancy.
Remember, its not an unborn baby. In fact, now, its not even a fetus. Its just a pregnancy. Yes. They've completely dehumanised it.
