Why not "relocate" the Arabs instead?

This whole idea makes me sick. Why is that for "peace", a Palestinian state must be Judenrein? Why is it that all Jews must be evacuated from this state while over 1 million Arabs remain in Israel. Shouldn't this work both ways that if you remove all Jews from Palestine, you must remove all Palestinians from Israel.
As I have said for some time, the true litmus test for peace is when a Jew can live, work, vote, and serve in government in a Palestinian state the same as Arabs currently do in Israel. They should be able to do this without fear of harm or death. They should be able to buy property without the death penalty hanging over Arabs who sell their land to Jews. When that is the reality on the ground, then we can talk peace. It is shameful that people including David Makovsky actually support this outrageous proprosal.
