The Lod District Court on Sunday sentenced Yonatan Hiyalo to 20 years in prison for the murder of Yaron Ayalon, who Hiyalo claimed, and the prosecution did not deny, had raped him twice in the past.
How would Rabbi Kahane view this case?

From what I read about this I think he should have been given a medal for killing the sodomite rapist that terrorized him. I can't speak for rabbi Kahane but I think this verdict cries injustice.
