Title: The laws of Kashrut

I think of most people who keep Kosher, they assume that fruits and vegetables don't violate the laws.  So I don't most Jews are unaware that lettuce needs to be inspected. 

So how should people buy fruits and vegetables?  Do all fruits and vegetables need to be inspected?

Fruit and vegetables have to be inspected by the consumer.
