I believe this was deliberately done so blacks and hispanics can supposedly achieve over Whites and Asians:

This is exactly why Rooster Schumer's plan to monitor all autistic persons at all times is such a terrible idea. The system is out to abuse these children, or anybody who is different.

I'm afraid that an attempt to monitor people like that under the lie that it's for their own safety is a prelude to a modern T4 type program.

Think about the fact that liberals keep harping on the idea that there are too many people in the world, and yet you don't see liberals committing mass suicide to solve that problem. Instead they want people they consider inferior to themselves to die, which would include anyone different or with special needs.
