Beware Florida JTfers. The pee bandit is loose.
Police are searching for a man who has been urinating on people near the University of Florida campus. The victims told police they were standing with their backs turned to the man when they felt themselves being urinated upon.
The suspect is described as a younger NEGRO male wearing a "hoodie."

The Masaai black tribe in Kenya uses all parts of the cow: meat, milk, blood, and urine. I guess blacks are just going by the real black culture of Africa.

In high school, a Maasai warrior came to speak to us. I was teaching how "it's different but okay". He had stretched ears that hang down. He died in a car accident a few years after that. It was about this time in 1997 that I saw him come. Maybe it was in February for you know what month. I remember there would be an assembly in the auditorium every February for that month long holiday.

You guys need to understand, when they can't find a bathroom or an elevator to pee in, they have to pee on someone's clothes. Where else do you want them to pee in?
