It is hard to tell what happened in the video I saw yesterday... Certainly they could have handled the situation better than they did... I reserve judgement though, if he did come at them with a knife, it may be justification.

It seems in this video that the shooting was not justified.

They continued shooting him when he was already on the ground (why were they doing this?)

I am of the opinion that if this man was black they would not have shot him... Lest they have another Sharpton outrage...

But I am beginning to think the riots in Albuquerque were justified.

After watching that I would like to see some cops get their heads busted open by machine gun fire.

Things are getting worse...

For most of my life I have been supportive of the police, even when they have arrested me.

I know not to make any moves which can be interpreted as hostile (although the rules of engagement have changed in the 20 years since I had run-ins with the law). Once I had a cop pull a gun on me, once they pulled their billy-club on me... In both situations the confrontation ended peacefully...

But it seems the cops are getting more abusive with their powers. I suspect this has something to do with the obama administrations fascist policies.
