Title: Florida Elementary School Opposes Freedom of Religion

They don't have to endorse it or allow organized group prayers but individual students have the Constitutional rights to say their own prayers. What if they didn't let Jews say brachot on their food?

Also, what if a group of 10 Jewish students in public school wanted to have their own minyan? As long as it's not organized by the school itself, what is the problem?

I thought that all public schools have banned religion.
