Quick recommendations:
About the fridge,
1) You can and should have food in advance that doesn't need a fridge. Perhaps at least some fruits, packaged foods and such that do not need refrigeration and are kosher.
2) You can turn the lights off from the fridge in advance. a) What type of fridge do you have? Some of the fridges turn off by putting a magnet unto certain parts of it. or others can just unscrew the light bulb.
3) You can Kosher some things fairly easily. For example you can Kasher the Microwave by just cleaning it. Also can put a cup of water and put it on for a few minutes and after it is seemed just whip it and it is perfectly fine and Kosher.
4) Oven you can use foil.

Perhaps you can Kasher them. Also if they are Stainless steal you can perhaps use them by just washing them out (I know not all say to do this but 2 prominent Poskim came out with this Psak and scientifically it makes perfect sense- Rav Dov Lior and Rav Bar-Hayim). You can perhaps ask your Rav if you should do that or not, otherwise you can Kasher the pots and utensils (and or other one's using these guidelines -
