“President Zeman definitely does not intend to apologise. For the president would consider it blasphemy to apologise for the quotation of a sacred Islamic text.”

Back in 2012, The Czech Republic was one of only 9 countries that voted against a resolution granting the Fakestinians nonmember observer state status at the United Nations General Assembly.
