I am writing this from my tablet, which is using mobile Telephon System to reach the Internet.

I can't reach JTF's site from my PC, or any PC, since months.

Are german IPs blocked in general?

I know...history...but like Chaim has said so often...there are righteos People in every country. As a gentile Christian german, I agree with your message 100 %.

That's right. I'm German.

I think we should remove old bans. People move. IPs get reused.

Is that user supposed to be banned or is does he uses a blocked IP?

I was not able to log in as i had an IP-ban for a year. Even after Chaim deleted my ban i was not able to log on. I had to clean my browser history and cookies and that kind of stuff where i don't know nothing about ;D But i worked  8)
