This is really inhuman and shocking. This disease by now would have spread in the vicinity like ebola.

Most black "preachers" are sex and money hustlers.  If you're a charismatic black male without musical or athletic talent, you may go into the religion racket.   But his guy should be prosecuted and sent to prison for life, but a more appropriate sentence would be death by hanging.
