Referring to it as fiction (which by the way can be problematic as an interpretation that Rav Kook had).
On the other hand these are those who do not hold by it so they need to get food from other places.
And lastly their isn't mention of an ALTERNATIVE to both of these which is Otzer Beit Din.

I wouldn't necessarily call them self-hating but just stupid.

But these rabbis in the picture are not wearing the keffiyehs because of any ideological identification with Nazi Muslims.
They are only trying to supervise the fruits and vegetables without getting their heads chopped off.

Can they really supervise the fruits and vegetable properly when there is a big economic incentive for the Nazi Muslims to cheat the Jews and while it is very dangerous for the supervisors to walk around and make surprise checks is another question that needs to be raised?
