This woman stood up for her faith.  She stood up for Godly principles over mans.  This activist court is making laws....even redefining marriage above what the Creator did in Genesis 2:24.  God created marriage, not man.    This Judge Bunning has not yet entered a written order even though Mrs. Davis has been incarcerated.   She is entitled to proper notice and due process when she is threatened with the loss of her freedom. No Bail was authorized either.
