May such positive steps continue until Har Habayit is cleared of mohamedan desecration and G-d's earthly sanctuary is reconstructed and consecrated.

You' r right however it is not the way to make it come they are doing like in 2000 when the minister at the time went up on the mount not for Jewish rights  but in concerted action with arabs terror org to initiate terror wave it's likely ayala at it to give arabs to make violence larger scale
