Title: How Do I LEAVE this forum???

How do I leave this forum and stop the emails from coming.  I was totally offended by one I got this morning and no longer wish to be associated with this forum.

Just leave. There is such a thing called a delete button.

thanks - can't seem to find it - well then I just marked the emails as spam - keep on believing the lies of Ted Cruz -
