Title: Israelis don't know how to guard prisoners

To guard a tough Russian serial murderer, prudence dictates that one would
use burly prison guards.

Instead, the Israelis use wimpy young girls!

The un-cuffed Russian is fully capable of making a break for it and killing some more women in the process!

"serial killer" and "rapist". Wouldn't he turn around and rape that guard?

I think this picture was taken from inside the court where he is handcuffed and there are more guards not shown in the picture. That Guy is suspected in the at least 3 cases of murder against women he attacked at their home and then burnt their apartment to cover up evidence.
