What do you think about the Indians (Americans) ?
They need to have more land, or less ?
More rights, or less ?

The Indians making billions with the casinos don't care about the land.

They should have the same rights as any other Americans nothing more. Why many still live on reservations and have not mainstreamed themselves into society is something I will never understand. They cling on to a tax free status and welfare that has turned them into a dysfunctional group and that is destroying them with each passing day. If they would become part of America society and function as anyone else would they would be in a far better position.

They have plenty of land and rights, Dexter, that's not a problem.  They also have lots of welfare and casino revenue.  The destruction of their civilization was foreseen when the white man came to America.  It would not have been possible for them to live their life in the way they always had once the white man came.  They are still suffering from the consequences of the failure to adapt to an American lifestyle.  It's very sad but whatever their circumstances are now, it's not because they don't have enough land or rights.  It's a social decay and a destruction of their traditional way of life combined with their inability to adapt to modern life.

Many Indians today seem white. Maybe that's because the ones we see are mixed with Caucasians. There are also many people who say that they are part Indian and they look Caucasian.

I know a girl who claimed she was Native American, I think she was like 1/8th but she qualified to be in the tribe and my Native American teacher was urging her to try to take advantage of the affirmative action and NA scholarships even though she was basically white.  She was pasty and had blonde hair and blues eyes and looked like your typical fair caucasian.

Affirmative action  is really only for blacks and Hispanics. I thought intelligent minorities like American Indians, Orientals, and Jews don't qualify for it. Also, Arabs don't qualify even though they are on the level of the blacks and Hispanics.

Intelligent minorities don't apply for it usually, except South East Asians qualify for it in some places although there could be a debate as to whether they're intelligent.  Non South Eastern Asians usually don't qualify for it, indeed affirmative action hurts them very much just like Jews, but I think in some cases like with schools with huge populations of whites, affirmative action exists for Asian students.  I've never heard of a specific case of this but it wouldn't surprise me.

Native Americans are below even blacks and hispanics when it comes to their representation in Universities so they get the most affirmative action out of anyone.  If you're a native American you get a bigger AA boost than even blacks do.

On an unrelated side note, a Native American girl killed her Native American roommate  of 3 weeks at the University of Arizona a few days ago.

Ditto for the Australian aborigines.

Of course American Indians are under represented in colleges. They're probably one of the smallest minority groups in numbers.

So what? Universitets shoud be places of learning for inteligent people not some kind of parlament when everybody "shoud" have represantation; becouse they're from "opressed minority" bs. The afirmative action is tranforming USA into 3rd world country.

Don't forget that Chaim has spoken favorable towards American Indians. He said they tried to make Indians slaves but it didn't work because they don't have the slave mentality like the schvartzas have.

I can respect the "Noble Savage" type pride and idependance; and have nothing against Indians western or eastern; but still living  in reservation and acepting goverment handouts makes you modern state's slave.
