What does CC and BCC mean and what's the difference between them?

CC=Carbon Copy: A copy of the message is sent to the people you CC and their email address is visible to all recipients.

BCC=Blind Carbon Copy: A copy of the message is sent to the people you BCC and their email address is NOT visible to all recipients.

Yes.  In that case you are addressing the email to everyone in the send column.  In the case of the CC you are addressing it to one person but copying a bunch of other people whose email addresses are visible to the recipient and the other CC'd individuals.
