Have mercy :::D You need to listen to the sound clip again it did not say in New York City it said downtown Manhattan... It was not bragging... Actually the interviewer brought up his building that predated the trade center towers...He was only agreeing the fact that his 40 story building was now the tallest building left in the business district and that at 7 blocks away there was 2 feet of debris in the street in front of it.
