Since the ancient Torah in question was burned it was only a small section of the Torah that survived for comparison with our Torah scrolls.
Here also is a link to an old discussion on the forum about the bircat cohanim (priestly blessing) mentioned in the book of Bamidbar/Numbers that was found that survived from the first Temple Period
