There are a few officially recognized religions in China, the list doesn't include Judaism. As far as I know there are a handful of Keifengis studying in Israel and Jews from around the world are free to visit and communicate with the Keifeng community.

Chinese polit-buro and their topmost leaders are their lords. They do not want others to be there.
