Wonderful news!!!   Lets hope this trend continues!!!   I'm so sick of the whole 'demographic time bomb' discussion... this is real hope.

Personally, I think Planned Parenthood is a bit barbaric.  How about just doing nationwide sterilization program for Arabs.  Maybe there can be some sort of promotion, 'Free goat with each sterilization.'
