You simply need to observe the voting record and the charity and political donations from the american Jews to understand that.

For the secular ones, that's 100% true.  But not for the religious Jews.... they are more supportive of Israel than ever.

But correct me if I am wrong to assume that the chassidim in New York are heavily involved democratic party wellfare politics?
