Title: Will the Left try to change the name of the District of Columbia?

Some Leftists in Ohio want to replace Columbus Day with "Indigenous Peoples Day" even though the state capital of Ohio is Columbus. I wonder if they will soon call to rename the City of Washington since it's named after a slave owner and the District of Columbia since it is named after Columbus.

The Left has tried for years to get rid of the nickname, Redskins.   Now they want to erase the other part of the NFL team's name,  Washington.  Practically,  nothing of value will remain if the Left has its way.
