Title: Old karate Clip- the little white guy has some smooth moves.

Not sure who he is.  He kicks so fast  and smooth and hits right on the dime.  He's the short guy in the bunch.  See part 1  at 1:39 in video

nice skills.
the way he spins, even a weak person can strike well because of speed.

100 lb Bruce Lee could simultaneously wipe the floor with Van Damme, Seagal and Norris, solely by dint of his speed!
