Don't forget that Nelson Mandela blamed Jews and Israel for him being in jail for 30 years.  and for slavery.

Their minister of Science and Technology?   I can't imagine what extraordinary contributions to science and technology come from the African-nation.

Apartheid South Africa was a friend of Israel. The blacks hated Israel and still hate Israel even though Jews fought for them. It's time for the remaining Jews to flee that country. But the evil people don't let them take their money with them. Maybe Israel needs to airlift them with a military operation to rescue them.
