Any woman above 12 years old, whether single or married, should wear modest clothes that cover her whole torso until her collarbone, her legs until her knees, and her arms until the elbow. The clothes in the video seem to be acceptable.

The Muslim fashion has taken hold amongst Haredim, and the Lev Tahor Taliban sect is growing by leaps and bounds, within many of their women dressing Taliban style to be seen all over Israel

Is the Haredi future "all black", or is this tzniyus taken to ludicrous extreme?

It is proper that a married woman cover her hair when outside her house or in the presence of men other than her husband. Tractate Sanhedrin 58a states that this was the custom of Gentile women in Talmudic and earlier times, as a clear sign to distinguish married women from single women. Even though it is not customary for Gentile women to do so nowadays in many societies, a modest and pious married woman should nevertheless cover her hair. But I did not find a source that women have to dress like Muslims.

This a a cult of just a few families so doesn't reflect back much on the haredim.

Maybe they dress like that to conform with the #metoo movement

I prefer different show. Fireworks, for example. Like all those lovely SCUD missiles flying towards Riyadh.
