Title: Is this a messianic site?

I somehow found an article on the below site. It seems it's a messianic J4J site. The Israeli Internet authorities did a Chillul Hashem by allowing them to use that domain, especially since Israel HaYom is an Israeli site which means the same thing in Hebrew.
