I feel like Leftists today are really dilute Anne Frank's message.  Her diary was as clear as glass... that Jews, and only Jews were the target of the most evil form of hate. 

But the recent musical-theater version 'revised' her wrings to imply that the Jews were just arbitrarily targeted by Hitler as a 'flavor of the month'.   Pretty soon, they'll 'revise' it again, and change the ending, so the Frank family has dinner with Hitler, where they explain the importance of tolerance and climate change to him.

I didn't read her diary, but I can imagine how bad the revised version is. I did read Night by Elie Wiesel.
