Title: construction of 715 units for Arabs in Area C

And Netanyahu claps- like it's a good thing.   And the cabinet  ministers unanimously approved it.  The article should name the names whom voted in favor, but of course Aruts Sheva won't name the names. Covering for Netanyahu and his shills.
