Once I heard that G-d lets Arabs win because they give all their heart to G-d (their version of Kiddush Hashem, AKA shahidim) while Jews lack basic faith. They also ban homosexuality. Obviously this is a Chillul Hashem that the government of Israel promotes homosexuality and Arabs in Israel are banning it. No wonder the Arabs are winning in the Oslo War. As long as the PA exists, they are winning. It's the opposite of the early State days. Israel won wars by existing. If it lost, Israel would cease to exist. Arabs will only loose the Oslo War if we destroy the PA.
