Title: I am curious as to how Christians in Israel disolve marriages/divorce
Post by: ChabadKahanist on August 28, 2019, 03:19:01 AM
In Israel civil marriage & divorce does not exist so Jews divorce via a bais din,Muslims via a sharia court but being that Christians have no such mechanisms as a religious divorce other than Roman Catholics making annulments how would other Christians dissolve a marriage here in Israel?

Within the Noahide Code, there is no need for Gentiles to have a divorce document.

Not exactly. To dissolve a Gentile marriage, there must be a permanent separation.
