What are your thoughts? Was he a Jew hater or a friend of Israel?

I don't know about that, but his leftist policies were a nightmare for Baltimore.

Baltimore is pretty much a no-go zone, and its largely due to his and his comrads' policies.

But it doesn't matter, because Baltimore will always be lead by similar thinkers.
