Title: At 20th of April the stores open again in Lower Saxony - Thank God!

Stephan Weil the prime minister of Lower Saxony announced after he has spoken with Angela Merkel:

At 20th the stores in non food retail that have a size under 800 m2 open ( Me too)
At 27th the schools open
At 4th of may the barber shops open

But :
Restaurants and hotels will be still closed
No big assemblies of people till August (foodball concerts etc.)
