Lemons can be used to whiten teeth, just rub the inside skin of the lemon on your teeth and it'll slowly turn them a lot whiter as it removes some of the calcium which gives your teeth an off white colour. However do not do this excessively because you need a minimal amount of calcium to keep your teeth healthy.
Lemon Juice can also be used as a natural hair dye and turn your hair a lighter shade or tone over time.

I like lemons, and limes too. Diet sprite is an occasional treat.

what?

I occasionally eat 1-2 whole lemon(s)... sliced in 4. I like the sour taste and it has Anti-Oxidant properties as well!

I have no tolerance for sour taster, I wish I can do that.

I could be very wrong, but I don't think you're right about calcium being yellow, calcium is good, furthermore as far as I know, it's white, lemon juice is an acide and will remove some of whatever you have on your teeth whether it's good or bad. There are many other things that will do the same, such as coca cola, or vinegar.

The lemon helps to burn off the yellow stained calcium, thats left as residue on your teeth.....but you are right since it is an acid it can weaken the enamel of your teeth if you use it too frequently.

I guess you then need to drink milk to replace the calcium... (I may be talking absolute rubbish, I know very little biology of any kind).

No you're right, dairy products are the largest source of calcium.
We've been introduced to a new biology GCSE course that only teaches us about Global Warming, genetic breeding and future space Islands.

I didn't like biology, so didn't take it to GCSE.

When catholics at a certain parish in Sydney used to confess the sins of fornication or adultery, the Irish priest used to prescribe the sucking of twelve lemons as pennence.
He said ...."It was the only thing that would wipe the bloody smiles of their faces".
