Putting black people on products... is racist? Or is it because she has a gender...?

I don't understand this. This is a positive thing.
In my country, there is a mango chutney called aunt Gita also under the brand are Indian pickles and Ginger chutney. All vegan. I like to eat this with roasted chicken. Hope so they don't cancel this too. :o

The rice is not bad at all. They should be proud to have a black man advertising this good product.
-
Aunt Jemima is considered racist like black face. It depicts black servants in the old South serving rich white people.
-
Uncle Ben's rice and American Express' black card will be slaughtered on the same altar
-
I'm surprised that it took the PC crowd this long for them to do that.

Get woke and go broke. Whatever it's replaced by.... I'll stay clear of it.

They said Quaker owns the brand. Is it politically incorrect to use the name Quaker? Is oatmeal intolerant to Quakers? Quakers were actually the most tolerant of the colonists. Pennsylvania was the first state to ban slavery.
-
Michelin man is body intolerant. Starbucks lady is female exploitation and stereotypes. Monopoly man is obviously racism and old white male supremacist. Barbie is transphobic. The kids on sour patch kids are child exploitation.
OK taking bets on which one they'll go for first, get your bets in.

Removing and erasing black people from logos and advertisements and replacing them with white faces and white people, to end racism forever.
RIP Aunt Jemima

Will Famous Amos & Uncle Ben's be next?
Famous Amos is a real black man. In 12th Grade, I took Entrepreneurship class. The teacher happened to be black. We watched a movie about him. After he sold the company, he was upset that he couldn't use his real name on any products.
We also watched videos about fast food chains including Kentucky Fried Chicken, UMM HMM!
The black teacher was a liberal, although she was not affirmative action. I also had her for computer class in 9th Grade. I say she was liberal because on community service day, she made the people in her class go to volunteer at "gay bingo", even though people were supposed to go to where their homeroom went. So I was supposed to go to Juvenile Diabetes. I remember first finding out about JTF that year from someone on Yahoo Chat that spread the word and I got JTF and JDL mixed up and entered jdf.org and it went to the Juvenile Diabetes website. I complained to the principal or whoever was in charge so they let me go with a group that was visiting the JCC preschool instead (the same place I went to preschool in the 1980s). This was 20 years ago. I graduated from 12th Grade in June, 2000.

How about Famous Amos & Uncle Rastus from Cream Of Wheat?
I'd rather buy the store brand version of Cream of Wheat which is cheaper and I'd rather not buy food with blacks on it. People would say it's racist that I prefer not to buy it. I'd rather not buy it for the same reason I wouldn't want to eat Jamaican of African food even if it was kosher. But blacks don't like those brands for a different reason. They think the brands are racist. I guess it was always white food the whole time but they just put a picture of black servants of it.
Uncle Ben didn't seem racist. It just had a normal black man on it.

These same people want Harriet Tubman on the 20 dollar bill and the design they made looked like a slave. They didn't try to modernize her.
-
Next is the Washington Redskins.
-
That guy on the video called the Quaker man "little George Washington".
-
Where is the outrage over Vermont Maid syrup?
-
Every should give me their ultimate symbols of racist oppression with guaranteed complete racists on them, their coins.
-
How about when the trademark expires somebody grab the names & trademark them themselves & put products on the market using the Aunt Jemima & Uncle Ben's names?
-
You can also say goodbye to Uncle Ben's rice.
-
What next? Will they remove Mrs. Adler from the gefilte fish or Mrs. Weinberg from the chopped liver?
-
Well it seems that Cream of Wheat's Uncle Rastus is next on the chopping block.

Land O Lakes butter is the latest victim of political correctness they removed the Indian girl from the package

There was a funny Meme on this. "How American, they removed the Indian and kept the land"

When you talk to the marketers you feel a bit of disgust, "well it got us publicity didn't it?", when you talk to their bosses you feel sick. This is snow on the tip of an iceberg; modern marketing is more focused on changing the culture into one that will produce emotional buying patters rather than rational ones.

How about Famous Amos & Uncle Rastus from Cream Of Wheat?
I forgot about famous Amos. I think I am going to start collecting everything that the left is banning. I already have lots of Aunt Jemima syrup and Uncle Ben's rice.
