This reminds me of when they had that episode where Mr. Garrison had gotten an MtF surgery and had assumed it made him into an actual biological female and was skipping along saying "wow! I can't wait until I have my first period!" Which was a joke of course because men don't have those and he was still just a mutilated man.

How can people watch this guy?  It's like 1 minute of 10-second South park clips sandwiched between him rambling on and on about the clip.  I'd rather just watch the south park clip
