It is permitted to you. We apologize to Hashem on Yom Kippur for the things we didn't do we were required to and the things we restricted ourselves from that we were permitted to do. You have no shame in doing something perfectly allowed. It is not permitted to me, so like can't really order from the restaurant with you there.
