In German the word for telling sentences like this is "total durchgeknallt" or "total irre". I think Chelsea Handler has passes already the line of sanity and reason. About this I had to laugh too a little bit.

He was part of the Dr. Dre flagship of fake gangsters. While you might say I don't need to listen to a gangster in the music, the point here is songs on the topic. Real gangsters always talked about how negative it was, they live it, fakes glorify it because they see the toughness and not the pain. This made it more palatable to white kids.
