Along with others such as Goemert etc, but Cruz is the bigger threat, so they will do everything in their power to use this against him and claim that he was behind it

This so-called ‘pretext’ is truly absurd. Because Ted Cruz and Louie Gohmert and
a handful of other loyal Republicans of the Conservative variety pose a threat to
their socialist takeover agenda. The great Ted Cruz has more intelligence in his sleep
than the entire Demonrat party has ‘woke’! They have to stop this.
