What about Pollard? He should pardon him which would expunge his conviction. Pollard should be compensated for wrongful imprisonment.

What about Robert Manning, who was charged with murder due to a phony accusation that he killed someone with a letter bomb since they couldn't get him for an alleged role in the assassination of an Arab Muslim activist?

No doubt it was time to have pardoned those that deserved to be pardoned
such as those two you mentioned, that really matter.
