The ICC, yimach shemam ve-zichram have no jurisdiction over Eretz Israel.

The big question is if they are best described as an international court run by all criminals or a court run by international criminals.

IMHO,If one Israeli citizen is arrested & incarcerated by the ICC we should round up all UN personnel in the land of Israel & hold them prisoner until every last Israeli in ICC custody is home & deplanes at NATBAG!!!

They shouldnt be there in the first place. I say we make a new ICC in Israel run by free countries instead of Nazis.
