Excellent question. I believe that in their case both for
these are hazards because while evil can result in them
going to ‘hell’,(Gehinnom), stupidity can result in “hell on earth”
so to speak so they’re somewhat synonymous in this instance.
I also believe that stupidity can result in evil and sometimes
the other way around.

Correction; as my post before was unintentional
and meant for a different topic. Nevertheless, you
are 100% correct ChabadKahanist and Ulli as well
that far too much disaster and suffering have come
at the hands of evil so that the passing of this bill
can only be a good thing.
