Title: Send infiltrators to Ramallah. Der be a Popeyes, UMM HMM!

I saw this article from Yahoo and I noticed that "der be a Popeyes in Ramallah". They also have Kentucky Fried Chicken in the PA. I did a search for Popeyes and Ramallah and I saw Popeyes listed on Ramallah Street in Jerusalem also.

I'm surprised that there is no Popeyes or KFC in South Tel Aviv with all the schvartzers there
