Yes along with a "we Americans with our heads on straight are terribly sorry and horrified for that poor excuse for a president and person clinton for what he did" day. >:(

Yeah, I think *WE owe them at least this much after bombing them for over 60 days.

We should thank them for guarding Europe for hundreds of years from the Islamic threat. The Serbians are the only reason why Europe is not Muslim (yet)
