I live in Queens, NY, not far from Chaim. For the life of me, I don't know why the police around here don't do anything about MEGA--LOUD car radios that play that RAP CRAP. Maybe the cops like the rap themselves?
-
Does anyone have this problem in other parts of the country?

In NYC, we can call 311 to report noise violations and other non-emergency quality of life crimes. The police will come and give a summons for noise pollution. I don't know how often the cops will go out of their way to give summonses on their own, but they will respond to complaints made on 311.
I'm always astounded those times when I have a car next to me that is blasting its music so loud, I can barely hear the radio I have on in my car. I feel the ground vibrating so hard, I'm tempted to call up the National Weather Service to find out how high this is registering on the Richter scale.

When I lived in that part of Queens some years ago the cops were very strict about loud radios in cars.

Ive had them behind me at a light, windows all closed in my car and theirs and can actually feel the bass from their stereo...its ridiculous

I'm going down to my state senator tomorrow to discuss this. Sometimes cops are so lazy. They want do anything unless blood is drawn. All it takes is a few tickets (undercover work) and word of mouth will reach these creatures...

Back then once they stopped you for the radio they were going to get you for something else also. Don't feel bad I live out in the sticks and I still have a few people that drive by and shake up the house with their car radios.

I hate to say it but I like Chaim's one dollar solution.

My gun of choice would be a 12gauge shotgun so I am sure that would be the case. The old timers use to load the shells with salt I believe. It doesn't kill but the target wishes it was dead. ::)

I'd like to blow the coconut skull of a wigger or Negro (I'm being polite), that is into that garbage, to smithereens with an Uzi.

They're probably scared.
