Title: Should genetical experiments be banned?

I think all genetical experiments should be banned by Law, because it modifies what G-d has created, and that it should be forbidden to spread modified species. However when the experiment is done with maximim care inside a lab to make a medicine or a medical investigation, it should be allowed.

Also, on this forum, I'm surprised that there aren't a bunch of votes for doing genetical testing on the muzzies.
